What is Golden Proportion?
"When the principles of Golden Proportion are followed, smiles are naturally attractive because they follow these mathematical rules of nature to create harmony, symmetry and proportion," says Dr. Usheroff. "The proportions of the central incisors (the two front teeth) must be aesthetically and mathematically correct to determine the apparance and placement of the other teeth.
"Other factors we consider in creating a beautiful smile include accentuating one's positive facial features and minimizing the negative ones. For example, you can downplay a pointy chinor nose by accentuating the width of the upper teeth, not their length."
There is a system to a beutiful smile, and an art. Dr. Usheroff prides himself on applying both.
