About Your Consultation
Determining what you want from your smile is an essential prerequisite to any procedure. So Dr. Usheroff talks to you, in detail, about everything you're thinking about: your hopes, your concerns, your aspirations. Only then can a smile be created that matches your wants and needs.
As part of this consultation, intra-oral photos are taken with a digital camera. Dr. Usheroff views these photos on a computer with you. He will also show you smiles he has made for others, to help determine which one is right for you -- be it a sporty, sexy, or sophisticated smile, or a Hollywood white look.
The next procedure, although not always necessary, is 'study models.' They allow Dr. Usheroff to study the relationship of your teeth, smile and jaw joints. During the consultation, Dr. Usheroff determines whether study models are needed, given your individual needs.
The last procedure is a smile evaluation. Dr Usheroff analyzes your smile and profile based on Golden Proportions, studying the size, shape, spaces and color of your teeth. He then explains the different options available to create your perfect smile.
